One hermit who I think has actually made better content in previous seasons than current seasons is MumboJumbo. Some of his old bases were truly epic. It's hard to do the same thing over and over though, so I'm pretty sympathetic to how he's leaned into stranger and stranger redstone ideas instead of massive farms.
