This year I watched less MCC than in previous years, but I'm still a fan. I didn't post here about Hermits in MCC, but I posted some notes on my journal. I especially enjoyed MCC Copper Crown live at Twitchcon San Diego! Pink Parrots was an amazing PoV, such a great team.

This Saturday, tomorrow, is another MCC, MCC Mash Up, once again with several Hermits:
- Grian on the Red Rabbits, with Cambam, Jojosolos, and Michela Darkeyebrowss
- Rendog and Xisuma on the Lime Llamas, with Shane Firebreathman and MythicalSausage
- Cubfan135 on the Green Geckos, with Legundo, Philza, and Seapeekay
- Joel Smallishbeans on the Cyan Coyotes, with KatherineElizabeth, Jimmy Solidarity, and Oli Orionsound
- Scar on the Blue Bats with Aimsey, Ghostiefruit, and Martyn IntheLittleWood

This has some of my favorite games - most of them apart from Railroad Rush actually - so I'm sure it'll be a good time. And build challenges again!, those were fun last time. I probably won't be able to catch it live unfortunately (though at least that saves me the trouble of deciding which PoV to watch live, silver lining.)

- FalseSymmetry and Rendog on the Cyan Centipedes, with Martyn Inthelittlewood and Antfrost
- Cubfan135 and Skizzleman on the Blue Banshees, with Feinberg and KryticZeuz
- iJevin and Xisuma on the Fuchsia Frankensteins, with Hannaxxrose and Jojosolos

Another team I look forward to are the Red Ravens with Philza, Scott Smajor, Oli Orionsound, and Shubble.

Since my usual PoV Scar isn't playing, I haven't decided yet who I'm going to watch... It's between Green, ~~Yellow~~Mustard, Cyan, and Blue atm.

- Cubfan 135 and Smallishbeans on the Cyan Coyotes, with Oli TheOrionsound and Eloise

Is Pearl going to win three in a row?? Fans are very split on Lime's odds: Feinberg is fantastic, Pearl is good and Scar has been practicing a lot, but Tango isn't known for his parkour or PVP skills. More importantly, will Tango bring hats for all of them as Scar demanded?
Yellow is a very strong team so this might be Skizz' first win, and Orange is strong as well, and of course you can't count any team out because anything could happen.

I was also very amused by this comic about "hermit card collecting" at MCC, and someone soon made the corresponding stat sheet.

A cooperation between MCC and Creo Trading Cards, the same company that made the Hermitcraft TCG cards, will be announced during the event and I'm excited to find out more. (Do I need more trading cards? No. Will I be tempted to buy them if the art is as gorgeous as I expect? Absolutely.)

On July 27 1pm EDT is the Endercup, an MCC officially partnered with Minecraft!

The following Hermits are participating:

- GeminiTay on the Orange Ocelots with hannahxxrose, aimsey, and Cara Cpt Puffy
- Scar on the Yellow Yaks with Shane Firebreathman, Jimmy SolidarityGaming, and guqqie
- Joel Smallishbeans, Grian, and ImpulseSV on the Lime Llamas with DanTDM
- PearlescentMoon on the Purple Pandas with Scott Smajor, fWhip, and bekyamon

Other teams I am excited for include the Cyan Coyotes ft. the return of Philza Minecraft, Lizzie LDShadowLady on the Aqua Axolotls with jojo Shelby and Aphmau, and the Blue Bats with Tubbo and TommyInnit.
I haven't decided yet which stream I'm going to watch, Scar as usual (probably) or a rare Grian stream instead or something else, but I'm sure it'll be fun either way.

On Sunday June 30th 2pm BST is the second MCC Twitch Rivals event, i.e. MCC LAN party at Twitchcon Rotterdam!

Only one Hermit is participating: FalseSymmetry on the Lime Llamas, with fruitberries, OwengeJuice, and Cydonia_Chiara. False and Fruit is a great team and I am confident the other two will fit in well, should be a lot of fun.

Cydonia is one of many newcomers in this event, several of whom usually use a language other than English, that will be exciting. I expect a chaotic event and a very entertaining one :)

The games have also already been announced: Buildmart is back! Sadly no SoT for the Cyan24 repeat team, but Cyan is so strong that there's a good chance Pearl will finally get her first win after so long.
Who are you watching? I'll probably be watching Cleo, I'm very excited they're back in the event :)

Featuring Xisuma, Tango, and Skizz as newcomers, Iskall85 returning from a long absence and Etho returning at all on a full team TIES! Very exciting.
I'm hoping for many team games - and it's a new season, who knows what games will be changed or added.

Build Mart and Bingo are back! Presumably there will be some other special things for this non-canon event but we will have to wait and see. I will probably be watching Team Bad Boys + Oli, I expect it to be a chaotic great time.

Today is MCC Twitch Rivals, the first MCC to be held in person, which will surely be exciting!

The following Hermits are participating:
- cubfan135 on the Yellow Yaks with Antfrost, Awesamdude, and CaptainSparklez
- Scar, Gem, and Impulse on the Aqua Axolotls with Hbomb, aka team "H and the Hermits" (my favorite skin design)

Tango will be there in person to cheer them on. Fingers crossed Scar will be able to play despite his concussion!

Sadly I won't be able to watch live but I very much look forward to watching Aqua afterwards. Not a favorite to win but certainly a team that will have great vibes. Especially since it is in person! I anticipate fun shenanigans from all teams.

I'm planning to watch Scar: I don't think Purple is quite as OP as some people claim, but it's definitely a very strong team that gives Scar a good chance to get his third coin, and regardless of how they do I'm sure it's going to be a lot of fun. Blue is going to be a great team as well and I would not be surprised if they make it to DB either.
