Decked out 2 Phase 3

Is everybody still excited about Decked Out? Most of the Hermits sure are. (Though poor Beef, I wonder if S2 of the TCG will ever finish.)

I'm enjoying it but I'm laughing at myself for claiming a few months back that it's not that hard to keep up with all the Hermits. This is no longer true! I'm barely keeping up with Tango's vods and snatching just a few of the most interesting-looking videos, now that we're suddenly getting over 40 videos a week and most of them 30 mins+.

Does anyone have recs for unmissable videos from the last couple weeks (Decked Out related or not?)

Also I have to complain somewhere so: Ravagers are *clearly* herbivores, they aren't eating the Hermits they are goring them and then trampling them into a fine paste. :(

I'm enjoying Decked Out so much. I'm currently watching Etho do another run on Tango's stream and it's so much fun. (He is so good at this.) So far Etho's and Hypno's runs have been my favorite, and I also really enjoyed watching Pearl and Cub do runs, and Mumbo's video. I'm delighted Scar is still leading in points! :D Unfortunate about the first half of his phase three runs but I like that there's always the silver lining of getting more shards in the next phase. Decked Out is such a great and exciting game, Tango did such a great job with it, from how tense each run is to the deck building strategies and victory tome buying tactics and the easter eggs, all of it goes together so well.

I also really enjoy the Hermits hanging out between runs and making silly jokes and comparing deck sizes :D So many fun interactions between hermits who might not spend time much together otherwise. (Right now, for example, Etho and Gem are having a great time.) The daycare is amazing, and I haven't even seen the new pet yet that I've heard rumors about.

It is impossible to keep up! I want to keep up with DO videos by Etho, Hypno, and the Buttercups, Hermitcraft streams by Scar and Cleo, and run-watching streams by Tango, but I'm already behind. I very likely wouldn't have watched Hypno without DO (he mostly did modded which I'm not that interested in) but I enjoy his high risk/high reward exploratory DO style with bonus editing comments.

As for recommended videos, from those I've seen, in addition to some of Tango's VODs which you've already seen I'd recommend Mumbo's video because Mumbo is always fun and even though he's panicking he does surprisingly well, and Cleo's stream from September 22 because I'm a huge Clockers fan and there were some great interactions.

I'm watching the stream too- Etho's doing amazing can't believe he has over 100 tomes! :D

Everybody seems delighted by Mumbo's video, I'll definitely have to check that out. And yay clockers, I'll add that one too (though I think I've seen clips.)

The dungeon has a clear favorite xD (who can blame it though.)
I enjoy the level 3 runs so much, and especially seeing them from both the players' and Tango's PoV, because seeing a player and warden just miss each other while knowing they can't see is very cool. Level 3 looks absolutely massive!

I also recommend Xisuma's new video that just came out: first one to use the dungeon lackey :D

I just watched that video and I loved it! Feeding the dungeon lackey! Tango giving up on staying by the player and just yelling to flee! And then the end! Extremely good. And now that other players know a lackey comes with potions and temporary cards... I bet we'll get more videos like that. :D

It was so dramatic! Just excellent. I want every hermit to get the dungeon lackey at least once because I want to know how they each would use him. Some would be very strategic I bet. The potions were a very nice touch, and I would not be surprised if he had snow balls or something like that for level 3. (There was a lot of clank, I wonder if Tango wants to test it more or if he will add more clank block from the beginning next time.)

I imagine that more clank-aware hermits might also instruct the dungeon lackey on when to crouch. Tango was giving Xisuma tips on getting off the shriekers and where to go, but there are definitely more experienced adventurers. Loved, loved, loved the drama for sure though! (And they got so lost, haha.)
