HC s10: New systems and developments

hermitcraftThree weeks into the new season and so much has happened already! Every Hermit has released at least three videos so far, I think the record is Iskall with eight episodes (not even including his vodskall videos.)
False won Demise, congrats to her. And the Hermits have revealed the new shopping district system: permits to sell certain items! (Someone already started a tracker here.) I'm very excited how that will go, and I especially look forward to seeing how Doc will try to exploit the system.
Other favorite recent moments include Mumbo's death chamber to get into his starter base, Beef's interior design for Iskall, Maple Prince Etho, and Grian's Chamber of Sea Critters.
What were some of your favorite moments of s10 so far? And who are you watching? I'm especially enjoying Mumbo, Grian, Etho, Cleo, and (to my surprise) Beef so farand too many others I do not have the time for.
